Job summary

Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team, working in occupied domestic properties to carry out carpentry repairs and related maintenance tasks.

The role requires NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry, strong customer service and communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to carry out secondary trades as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Experience in social housing, council, or domestic repairs.
• Full UK driving licence and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings.
• Carry out secondary trade work (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling).
• Ensure works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits.
