Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self‑employed carpenters / builders for a long‑term contract with a local Housing Association.

Contract Details:

Location : Rochdale

Contract : Social Housing

Work Type : General carpentry work in void properties and reactive maintenance

Commitment : Minimum of set 3 days per week

Contract Length : Ongoing

Payment terms : Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates :

Paid on a schedule of rates – average earnings £250.00 - £350.00 per day
