Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry. We are currently working on behalf of a Maintenance contractor.

My client is currently looking for Carpenter/Multi traders to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within the Greenwich and surrounding areas. This is a permanent position with progression opportunities and a competitive benefits package including van & fuel, holidays, a generous bonus,

Qualifications

• Experience in general repairs & maintenance within residential settings.
• Ability to carry out multi-trade carpentry and related trades.
• A good practical knowledge of health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Paint and decorate interiors and joinery.
• Repair plumbing, tiling and flooring as required.
• Hanging doors, skirting, architrave and related carpentry work.
• Patch plastering as needed.
