A housing association in Basingstoke is looking for a Multi-skilled Carpenter for a full-time, permanent position. The role involves working in the North Hampshire area and requires qualifications at NVQ level 3 in carpentry. The successful candidate will have a full driving license and experience in a multi-skilled role, with a focus on mobility and manual handling. We're looking for a Multi‑skilled Carpenter to join our team! Contractually based out of Basingstoke, you'll be working around the North Hampshire area. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week and will include participation on the on call rota.
You’ll be qualified to NVQ level 3 in carpentry (or equivalent) and will need to provide proof of your qualifications at interview stage – however qualified by experience may be considered. You’ll have demonstrable experience of working in a multi‑skilled role. We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of:
A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
