Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Basildon is hiring an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to carry out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Essex. You will work with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, following drawings and instructions.

This permanent full-time role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, CSCS card (desirable), and willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota. Training on handheld devices is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Qualified Joiner/Carpenter with C&G Craft or NVQ Level 2/3.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours rota.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing across Essex.
• Perform joinery, carpentry, tiling, kitchen and bathroom work to a high standard.
• Follow drawings and instructions and use a handheld device for tasks.
