Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpenter Joiner for reactive maintenance work in occupied properties across Waltham Forest. Salary up to £40,000 per year and hours 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. A leading housing association provides long-term opportunities with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ in Carpentry.

• Experience in social housing carpentry and reactive maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Ability to work in occupied properties.

• Carry out high-quality carpentry and joinery work, including doors, windows, frames, flooring, skirting.
• Carry out reactive maintenance tasks to keep properties safe and functional.
