Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our reactive maintenance team in London. You will work on occupied domestic properties, performing carpentry repairs and related maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Typical duties include secondary trades such as plumbing, plastering, and tiling, while providing excellent customer service to residents. The role is temp to perm with 42.5 hours weekly and a CIS paid rate. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to carry out secondary trades (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
• Carry out secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling)
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
