Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Carpenter to join a Birmingham construction site. You will undertake on-site carpentry repairs and maintenance, working with other trades to deliver projects efficiently.

Requirements include CSCS Blue Card, own tools, full PPE, and a minimum of 1 year carpentry experience. Weekly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am–4:30pm) are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Blue Card is required.
• Own tools and full PPE must be available.
• At least 1 year of carpentry experience.
• Two references from a previous carpentry role.

Responsibilities

• Complete responsive carpentry repairs and maintenance on site.
• Advise Supervisor when other trades are needed.
• Collaborate with other operatives to finish projects.
• Arrange purchase of materials for planned works.
• Follow safeguarding and H&S policies at all times.

We are recruiting for a Carpenter to work on a construction site in Birmingham, on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence.

Carpenter roles and responsibilities:

• Completing all responsive carpentry repairs and maintenance work
• Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects
• Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner
• Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times

Carpenter requirements:

• Valid blue CSCS
• Own tools
• 2 x references from a previous Carpenter position
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Carpenter
• Full PPE
