A local property services company is seeking a Carpenter for maintenance works on domestic properties in Essex. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing and various trades. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends. A van and fuel card will be supplied.

Carpenter - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Camden

Salary: £35K per annum

A Carpenter is required, working for a local council. The Carpenter role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter are:

• Carrying out works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs
