Responsibilities

• Restore, repair, and refurbish traditional timber sash windows.
• splice, ease, and rebalance sash windows for smooth operation.
• Carry out timber repairs including decay removal and matching new sections.
• Perform glazing repairs and reinstallation as needed.
• Work from site measurements, drawings and restoration specs.
• Ensure work meets heritage and high-end residential standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

• Splicing, easing, and rebalancing sash windows for smooth operation
• Timber repairs including decay removal, consolidation, and matching new timber sections
• Glazing repairs and reinstallation where required
• Working from site measurements, drawings, and restoration specifications
• Ensuring all work meets heritage and high‑end residential standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment

About You

• Proven experience as a carpenter/joiner with a strong focus on sash windows
• Demonstrable experience working with sash window systems (essential)
• Strong heritage restoration or traditional joinery background
