A leading housing provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Carpenter. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of carpentry tasks, including installation and repairs in various properties. The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications, experience in carpentry, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to travel across properties and participate in on-call duties as needed.

In this role you will work efficiently and safely and strive to minimise waste. Carrying out a range of carpentry and carpentry related works to support the repairs and maintenance of Flagship Properties. Using various tools and equipment, including a provided Flagship Services vehicle, you will carry out works including the installation and repair works to doors and windows, associated furniture, flooring, tiling and basic painting and decorating. You may support in the cleaning of damp and mould, carry out void clearances and flood repairs, and identify and arrange removal of asbestos when needed; ensuring we’re spending time and money wisely, and providing the best possible service for our tenants. Ongoing cyclical compliance and safety training will be provided.
