A warm and nurturing nanny is sought to provide afternoon care for a delightful 3‑year‑old boy in Danbury, Essex. The family is looking for a warm, caring, and passionate individual who loves working with children and will become a valued part of their household.

Responsibilities

• Build a genuine bond with the child and actively engage in imaginative play, creative crafts, and outdoor adventures.
• Prepare the child’s evening meal, with the possibility of batch cooking, and provide healthy snacks.
• Perform general household tasks such as managing the child’s laundry and keeping their areas neat and organized.
• Provide full‑day support during school holidays, planning engaging activities and outings to support learning and development.
• Drive safely with a clean licence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny.
• Level 3 Childcare qualification is advantageous.
• 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (update) training required.
• Must be a confident driver.

Work Hours & Conditions

Term Time: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

School Holidays: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Danbury, Essex.

Pets: Friendly dog in the home.

Driving required: Yes.

Job Start Date: As soon as possible.

Pay: £18 gross per hour, £14,256 gross per annum.
