We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Caretaker to help maintain our [e.g., school, residential building, community centre] to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the premises
• Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the site (inside and out)
• Monitoring heating, lighting, and security systems
• Reporting any health & safety issues or larger maintenance needs

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Basic DIY / maintenance skills
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Good time management and independence
• Previous caretaking or maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)

DBS check (or willingness to undergo one, if required)
