As the Care giver / Warden you will

• Provide general assistance and support to residents including daily contact and guidance on facilities.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and liaise with health professionals and next of kin when needed.
• Encouraging residents social activities and maintain communal areas.
• Liaise with managing agents and contractors to ensure safety and upkeep of the property.

We are looking for

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A friendly, approachable manner and commitment to residents well being.
• Basic knowledge of Household systems (water and electrics) is an advantage.
