Carer Personal Assistant, Direct Payments, NG8 area of Nottingham ref NOTSB0306.

This position is supporting a lady in the NG8 area of Nottingham. The lady has a physical disability and limited mobility. She also struggles with dyslexia and therefore cannot understand every day communications and may need correspondence read out and clarified. Support is needed with household responsibilities, do a weekly shop prompt medication, repeat prescriptions and accompany to appointments.

The lady likes organising and tidying so will like support with this and someone with good understanding and good at listening and be able to effectively confidently communicate on the phone and write emails, fill out forms but struggles with mental health and low moods and would require a kind and understanding individual on those days.

This is a permanent contract
£12.21 per hour
A total of 6.15 hours per week
Ideally Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays in afternoon but can be flexible
Times and days can be flexible and to be discussed at interview/introduction.
