Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as full training and support will be given.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Compassionate and patient nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
