Carer / Care Assistant – Grenham Bay, Birchington

Pay: £12.40 – £13.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Hours: 30–40 per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a Carer / Care Assistant to join our team at Grenham Bay in Birchington-on-Sea. The service is right by the sea, and you’ll be supporting adults to live as independently and comfortably as possible. If you enjoy working with people and want a role where you can genuinely make a difference, this could be a great fit.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care (preferable)
  • Experience in care is helpful, but not required if you’re confident and willing to learn
  • Someone reliable, patient, and able to communicate well
  • A team player who’s comfortable working a mix of shifts within 30–40 hours per week
