About Our Service:

Our 'Care and Support Service' provides tailored and flexible care services that improve the quality of life, health, and wellbeing of our clients. Our carers enjoy a varied daily routine of activities and tasks, depending on our clientele. We are an on-site service for owners within our Retirement Village.

You do not need experience but just to share our values and delivering our aim by:

• Being responsive and showing compassion to the individual needs of all.
• Providing residents and staff with a warm, friendly, healthy, and safe environment to live and work.

What does the role involve?

• Personal Care for all clients, inclusive of those with protected characteristics.

• Keeping up to date with mandatory training, policy & procedures and attending staff meetings.
