Carer

Carer Duties: For you, that will mean planning and implementing the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver on our truly personalised care plans.

Compensation and Working Hours

• Carers £12.50 - £14.50 p/hr
• Day shifts 08.00 - 20.00
• Night shifts 20.00 - 08.00
• £500.00 Starter bonus (If they left within the 1st 6 months it would be taken out of their final salary)
• £300.00 refer a friend scheme
• Employment Contract
• 44 hours per week, 33 hours per week or 22 hours per week
• Paid Training
• Full annual entitlement is 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays
