Job summary

A leading non-medical care provider in the Southside of Glasgow is looking for compassionate CAREGivers to join their team. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential non-medical support to help older clients maintain their independence at home. No prior experience is required, but a kind heart and willingness to make a difference are essential. Comprehensive training and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients are offered, along with competitive pay of £10.25 per hour.

Job Description

As a CAREGiver, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver.` However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You mustbe reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. We believe empathy is far more important than experience, so don’t worry if you haven’t done it before we give you all the tools you need to fulfil this role. All we ask is that you have a big heart and smile and want to make a difference in someone’s life.
