Job summary

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join Home Instead in Belfast, delivering non-medical care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. You will visit clients for at least one hour and build trusted relationships.

You will be reliable, respectful and supportive, spending time with clients during days, evenings and weekends across Belfast. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with on-call hours and progression opportunities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their own homes.

The Role / Benefits

• Pay rates from£13.50per hour (Monday to Friday) and £14.00per hour (Saturday and Sunday).
• £27.00per hour on 10 Bank Holidays.
• Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week!

Job Description

• Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required.

Previous care experience is not required, training and on-going support will be provided.

This position is based all around Belfast. We are requiring someone with full availability on weekends and evenings. This could lead to more hours/ days in the future if desired.
