A respected secondary school in Bath is seeking a Careers Leader and Advisor to oversee Careers and Employability initiatives. This role involves leading strategy, providing impartial guidance, networking with businesses, and ensuring compliance with data standards. Salary: 34 434–41 771 per annum pro rata (Grade 7 or 8 dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual salary: 18 392–22 311 per annum
Working hours: 22.5 hours per week during term time only plus 5 INSET days and an additional 4 days during the school holidays.
