We’re seeking a passionate, driven Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Adviser to join our team within a custodial setting. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by empowering individuals in prison to develop the skills, confidence and aspirations needed for a fresh start. Through tailored career coaching, workshops and personalised action plans, you will help participants envision and work towards brighter futures beyond custody.

An understanding of welfare needs and career development is essential, along with the ability to promote learning opportunities.
