Reed in Partnership is seeking a Careers Coach to work with youth on the Youth Jobs Guarantee, delivering one-to-one guidance, group coaching, and outreach in local communities across Suffolk. The role is office-based with travel, and involves building relationships with DWP/JCP and employers to create opportunities.

£30,000 to £31,500
Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part time basis. A Careers Coach will use a variety of techniques including effective diagnosis, individual and group coaching, and maximising on any participant funding available to prepare them for employment, and access local education or training opportunities. A Careers Coach is also responsible for conducting outreach in the community, building relationships with referral partners (DWP/JCP), and attending local events (e.g. job fairs) to generate referrals. They will also engage with local employers, training providers, and other key partners to source suitable opportunities that align with the participants’ goals.
