A higher education provider in Manchester seeks a Careers Campus Manager to oversee career support services for students. You will lead the campus careers team, develop strategic plans, and ensure services align with student needs. Candidates must hold a relevant degree and have experience in career services management and data analysis. The role offers a salary of £45,000-£50,000 and full-time on-site working conditions.

What We Do: The Employability and Entrepreneurship Department at GBS is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers and business ventures. It offers tailored one‑to‑one guidance, a dynamic online Careers Hub via Handshake, and a structured Employability Award that builds critical job‑seeking skills through Bronze to Platinum levels. Students gain practical experience in CV building, networking, and real job applications, including tools like ChatGPT.
The role: The Careers Campus Manager oversees the delivery of high‑quality, personalised career support services for students and alumni at their allocated campus. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance career services, managing data to monitor outcomes, and ensuring that services align with the needs of students, alumni, job market trends and B3 progressions metrics.
