Ribbons & Reeves, a specialist media and creative school in Hayes, Middlesex, is seeking a Careers Adviser for a January 2027 start. You will deliver impartial careers guidance to students through one-to-one appointments and group sessions, helping them explore post-16 and post-18 pathways.

Working alongside the Careers Lead, you will develop careers education, workshops and assemblies, connect students with employers and providers, involve parents, and maintain accurate guidance records to

Are you a passionate Careers Adviser looking to help young people turn their ambitions into meaningful next steps?

I’m recruiting a Careers Adviser for a specialist media and creative school in Hayes, Middlesex. With strong industry partnerships and modern facilities, this is an exciting opportunity to support students as they explore further education, university, apprenticeships and employment.

Key Responsibilities

Person Specification

I’m keen to hear from candidates who have:

• A Level 6 careers guidance qualification, or are working towards one
• Experience providing personalised, impartial guidance to young people
• Experience delivering careers education in a school or college
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
• The ability to motivate students and help them develop achievable plans
• An interest in creative careers and a commitment to explaining the full range of pathways available
