• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, materials, logistics or supply chain is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining accurate and organised records of purchase orders, quotations and supplier communications.
• Supporting supplier price comparisons, cost analysis and negotiations to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Monitoring orders and identifying potential supply issues or delivery delays.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Helping to maintain product availability while minimising excess stock.
• Liaising with warehouse and sales teams to coordinate stock requirements and deliveries.
