Job summary

Bubble CiTea Ltd. is hiring a part-time Barista in the UK to prepare drinks to standard recipes and maintain strong product knowledge. You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote our loyalty program, and help drive sales in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with a friendly, proactive attitude and a passion for people and service. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to learn and share knowledge with others.
• Reliable, punctual, and open to developing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our drinks, offers and loyalty app.
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management.
• Manage and create content for the store's TikTok account.
• Complete required training and assist the team with shift coverage.
• Help drive sales to meet store targets and complete assigned tasks by management.
