Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a weekend Care Worker to support Betty and other clients in their own homes in Branston, Staffordshire. You will assist with personal care, medication reminders and meals to help maintain independence.

Shifts are 6am–2pm and 4pm–10pm every weekend, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Own transport (car, motorbike or moped) is required to travel between visits. We offer paid travel time, mileage, regular training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own transport is required to travel between client visits.
• Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) are required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and medication reminders in clients' homes.
• Help with meals and drinks and maintain client independence and dignity.
• Travel between visits and provide support across weekend shifts.

Radis Community Carehas an opportunity for an weekend Care Worker in Branston, Staffordshire in people's own homes

"Betty lives In her own home, in the community she has spent many years, surrounded by her own belongings. Betty is a very independent lady but she needs some extra support throughout the day, with support with her personal care, making sure she takes her medication on time and helping with her meals/ drinks."

As a care worker, we provide this support to Betty and other people in the community that also need help in their own homes. To help remain independence, ensuring dignity and choice are met at all times.

Applicants will need the use of their own car, motorbike, moped to travel in-between your clients whilst on shift.

Various shift times available,6am-2pm, 4pm-10pm every weekend. minimum of 25 hours per week.
