Job summary

Clover Health Home Care is a growing homecare company run by qualified nurses, registered with CQC. We are looking for staff to join a vibrant team and deliver person-centred care in clients' homes in the West of England.

You will provide excellent personal care, promote independence, maintain accurate records, and work weekends and evenings to support clients in staying at home. Training is provided and mileage is paid.

Qualifications

• Desire to provide high-quality personal care.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and organisation.
• Customer-focused approach to home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Give excellent personal care to clients.
• Promote independence to enable clients to stay at home.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Work weekends and evenings as required.
