Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking an Evening Care Worker to support Edna and other clients in their own homes in Hatton, Staffordshire. The role runs 6pm–11pm with alternate weekends and a minimum of 25 hours per week, requiring travel between clients on shift.

You will provide personal care, assist with meals and medications, and help maintain independence and dignity in the community. A valid vehicle is needed for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with meals and drinks, hydration, and medication reminders as needed.
• Travel between clients using own vehicle to provide care during shifts.

Radis Community Carehas an opportunity for an Evening Care Worker ( 6pm-11pm) in Hatton, Staffordshire in people's own homes

“Edna lives In her own home, in the community she has spent many years, surrounded by her own belongings. Edna is a very independent lady but she needs some extra support throughout the day, with support with her personal care, making sure she takes her medication on time and helping with her meals/ drinks.”

As a care worker, we provide this support to Edna and other people in the community that also need help in their own homes. To help remain independence, ensuring dignity and choice are met at all times.

Applicants will need the use of their own car, motorbike, moped to travel in-between your clients whilst on shift.

Various shift times available, 6pm-11pm alternate weekends available, minimum of 25 hours per week.
