Codi Group seeks caring individuals for our Aberavon residential care home. Positions available include 18‑hour and 30‑hour permanent contracts with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, or full days to suit you.
As a Care Worker you will support residents with personal care, promote independence, and help with daily activities in a warm, respectful, and joyful environment. Driving licence is a plus for going out with residents.
18 hour and 30 hour permanent positions available. Flexible shifts: mornings (8:00–2:30), afternoons (2:30–9:00), or full days (8:00–9:00)

At our residential care home in Aberavon, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored care that respects the individuality of each resident. Our compassionate and highly trained staff work closely with residents to ensure their personal needs, preferences, and wishes are at the heart of everything we do.
Our home is a warm and vibrant community of 60 residents, each with their own personality and support needs, including individuals living with dementia.
As a Care Worker, you’ll take a person-centred approach, supporting our residents to live life to the fullest. Your role is all about promoting independence, enhancing everyday skills, providing emotional and personal care, and most importantly bringing joy to each day.
