Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking compassionate care assistants to support older adults in their own homes. You will assist with medication, meals, shopping, cleaning and personal care, with full induction training provided. Shifts run from early morning to evening, seven days a week, offering part- or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required due to full induction training.
• Willingness to complete induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist older people with medication, meals, shopping, cleaning and personal care.
• Provide support in clients' homes and maintain dignity and independence.
• Travel to client locations for homecare visits.

Job description

At Alina Homecare our care assistants are as important as the people we care for. You are individuals with different needs and aspirations too and we respect that.

Our local branch are looking for care assistants to support the older people in their own homes.This role includes assisting someone with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care. We provide full induction training so experience is not essential.

This role is based on part or full time hours, we have calls between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
