Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a caring Care Worker to support older residents with daily living, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing in a home-like setting. You will work as part of a team, fostering person-centred care and independence.

About you

You will be compassionate, patient and committed to supporting older people to live well. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of person-centred care. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people who share our values and want to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
