Job summary

Cluaran Care in Scotland is looking for experienced Support Workers to join a permanent role serving Clackmannanshire communities. You will support vulnerable adults in their homes and local settings with personal care, household tasks, and companionship, aiming to maintain independence and dignity.

Successful candidates will hold PVG or be willing to join, be part of the SSSC scheme, and show a can-do positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Driving licence and car preferred.

We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for a permanent position working within Clackmannanshire communities.

The role will involve:

  • Providing personal care.
  • Housework.
  • Medication management.
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks and companionship.
  • Providing the highest level of care and support.

Successful candidates will:
  • Have a current PVG orbe willing to join the scheme.
  • Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme.
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude.
  • The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a wider team.
  • Be able to work using your own initiative.
  • Have a car and driving licence or driver.
