Job summary

A leading employment agency is seeking a Care Technology Support Officer in Wandsworth. This full-time position focuses on managing care technology referrals and providing advice on products. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and knowledge of adult social care. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.50 PAYE and £23.10 UMB, with a contract initially lasting three months.

  • Manage and process care technology referrals.

  • Respond to enquiries and provide advice on care technology products.
  • Produce reports and management information.
  • Manage financial processes including invoicing and debt recovery.
  • Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers.
  • Support complaint resolution.

Job Title: Care Technology Support Officer

Location: Wandsworth

Hourly rate: £17.50 PAYE / £23.10 UMB Per Hour

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process care technology referrals.
  • Maintain accurate user records and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure data is correctly recorded in the Council's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
  • Respond to enquiries and provide advice on care technology products.
  • Produce reports and management information.
  • Manage financial processes including invoicing, account setup, and debt recovery.
  • Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers.
  • Support complaint resolution and maintain records.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of adult social care or the health sector.
  • PNC and Mosaic experience.
  • Experience in public or voluntary sector, ideally in adult social care.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Financial acumen and ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and support service improvement.
