Care Team Leader Nights

Meadow View Residential Care Home, Blackthorn Road, Hersden, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 4GB


£15.20 per hour, 39hrs per week, night duty (8pm start, 12hr shifts). Includes alternate weekend working.


Skills required

  • Experience in care essential; NVQ3 in Social Care desirable. Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.

Role Overview

As Care Team Leader you will look after the day‑to‑day needs of residents, support Care Assistants in their development, and ensure residents feel comfortable and well cared for.



  • Work with a team of like‑minded individuals committed to enriching residents’ lives.

  • Provide personalised care alongside support and independent activities.

  • Engage in leisure and social activities to enhance wellbeing.

  • Be kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues, setting a high standard of care.


Additional Training & Payment

Training in moving and handling recognised by a formal qualification, plus £250 per year.
