Role Overview

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support.

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person‑centred, high‑quality care and positive behaviour support.
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the service.
  • Be a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support.
  • Support the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Take part in on‑call responsibilities and support with rota management and staff supervisions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives.
