Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader in the UK to support residents with high-quality care and compassion. You will work with the Deputy Manager to supervise shifts, allocate staff, perform medication procedures, and complete regular care assessments to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 (or working towards) in care is required.
• Experience in supervising care staff or teams is advantageous.
