Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with a strong care background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care
• Oversee recruitment and development of team members, including supervisions and interviews
• Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained using good written and IT skills
• Support individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives
