Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you’ll ensure medication procedures, care assessments, and regulatory compliance are followed, fostering a supportive, celebratory culture that values staff development and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in a residential setting.
• Proven ability to manage staff shifts and assignments.
• Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory standards.
