Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Rodley House to guide a compassionate care team and ensure residents receive excellent daily living support. The role emphasizes leadership, care quality, and overseeing medication administration within a warm home environment.

You will work within a 4-week rolling rota with day shifts, providing supervision, planning activities, and maintaining strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• Experience with medication.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role in care.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
