Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to plan and deliver high-quality care across our residential homes. You will lead Care Assistants, ensure safety and dignity, and work closely with Home and Deputy Managers.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, dementia expertise, and strong organisational skills. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential. We offer training and progression opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
