Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a motivated Care Team Leader for our New Supported Living service in Peterborough (PE1). This 37.5-hour-per-week role runs 7am–10pm, with varied shifts across seven days. You’ll lead a team of Support Workers, drive recruitment, training and supervision, and maintain accurate records with strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
