A community care provider in Norwich seeks a Temporary Care Team Leader to supervise staff and oversee the delivery of compassionate care to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in care settings and demonstrate strong leadership skills. In this role, you will empower residents through person-centred care and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. This position offers an average of 33 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and a competitive pay package.

£14.96 (Days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self-funders. Our recently fully refurbished residential care home is in the suburbs of North Norwich, located in New Catton. In close reach of Old Catton, Hellesdon and Sprowston. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
