A leading care service provider in North Kesteven is seeking a passionate Team Leader to lead a dedicated team at Holdingham House. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities. The role requires previous leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care in line with CQC standards. Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support. Create and oversee tailored care plans in partnership with healthcare professionals. Ensure the service meets CQC standards and continuously drive quality improvements. Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners. Provide hands‑on support, including personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
Previous leadership experience in health or social care, ideally within learning disability services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others. A compassionate, person‑centred approach and a commitment to dignity and respect. Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
