Please note : This post is for Days, 33hrs per week.

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities

You will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times, while providing leadership and direction to the care staff within the home.

Qualifications & Requirements

As a Care Team Leader you will be a team player and have good communication skills. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity, be driven by the principles of fairness, and behave in a transparent manner, showing respect to our residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will also hold SVQ Level 3inAdult Care and have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
