• Completed NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Fully competent in medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents.
• Ensure team support and guidance throughout shifts.
• Administer medication to residents.
• Liaise with external medical professionals and families.
• Ensure care standards align with Care South's values.

Job description

Location: Fairlawn Residential Home, St Mary's Road, Ferndown, BH22 9HB

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Hours: Full time hours - 4 days per week (To include alternate weekends) 7:45am - 8pm

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
