About the role

Are you our next Care Team Leader? You will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents with compassion and commitment, support a team of Care Assistants in their development, and ensure residents are comfortable in their home.

Responsibilities
  • Look after the day-to-day needs of residents, showing compassion and care.
  • Work with a team to ensure residents are comfortable and receive high-quality, personalised care in line with individual care plans.
  • Support Care Assistants in their development and training.
  • Promote leisure and social activities as part of daily routines.
  • Be kind and supportive to residents, their families, and colleagues.
