Lifeways is seeking a Care Support Worker to join The Gables in Norwich on night shifts. You’ll help residents with daily routines, build independence, and provide emotional support in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Night Shift Pattern

• 2 nights per week
• 22.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday: 9:45pm - 8:00am
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:45pm - 8:00am
